The House
Built Among the Dunes
The Cedar House stands on a dry dune at Sea View and Sun Walk, one of the few original-era houses left in the Pines. Built in the 1970s by architect Keaton in the Sea Ranch and Third Bay tradition, it's post-and-beam construction with vaulted ceilings and raw cedar walls, weathered by fifty years of salt air.
A short walk to the harbor, tucked away from the crowd. The Cedar House is a genuine piece of Pines history, rarely offered and warmly kept.
